The Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to accelerate enterprise pipeline and support European expansion. This is a high-impact commercial role with direct ARR responsibility. You will own the full cycle from strategic prospecting to deal closure, working across internal teams and external stakeholders to drive structured, long-term growth. Success is measured by pipeline creation, win rates, deal quality, and sustainable revenue growth. What you’ll drive:
- Targeted ABM-style prospecting into priority verticals
- Enterprise pipeline generation and qualification
- Ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- CRM management, forecasting accuracy, and sales visibility
- RFP coordination and competitive submissions
- Recruitment and enablement of SIs and VAR partners
- Execution support for European market entry initiatives (travel required)
- Market and competitive insight to strengthen positioning
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in B2B enterprise sales or business development
- Proven outbound capability and ownership mentality
- Experience managing structured, complex deal cycles
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with comfort working from data
- CRM-driven and process-oriented
- Fluent English
- Professional, proactive, and impact-oriented
